Set up a cloud recording for your transcript. This email will notify you of your availability on the cloud following the meeting. After a short time, you receive another email indicating that the audio transcript is available, along with other instructions. When setting Zoom settings, your account will include an option to record audio.
On successful completion of each new meeting, a transcript will be generated automatically. You can choose to edit individual words from the transcript just below a video player. Clicking on the edit icon below the video player makes that option available to you.

A pop-up window will ask if you want to stop the cloud recording. Click Yes to stop the recording. In the left navigation menu of your Zoom account, click on Recordings. Under the Cloud Recordings tab, look for your recording. Zoom will then ask you where you want to download the files onto your computer.
Once you select a download destination, Zoom will download the first file of the batch. Zoom will again ask you where you want to download the next file, and so on. Viewing and Editing the Transcript Click the link in the email OR navigate to the My Recordings page on the Zoom web portal and click the name of the recorded meeting. The text of the transcript displays on the right-hand side of the file. Navigate to the Audio Transcript panel on the right and click the pencil icon next to the phrase you want to edit. Make any changes to the text, then click Save. The updated version of the text is displayed when you play the audio or video file. Embedding your Transcript The transcript is automatically embedded within the audio and video file. To see the transcript embedded in the audio or video file: Open the audio or video file from My Recordings.
Click the Play button. Click the CC icon at the bottom right of the screen. Important: This setting will allow anyone in the meeting to save the transcript while the meeting is in progress. Zoom meeting hosts can designate a meeting participant to type captions. The content this person types will be available as embedded close captions to other meeting participants who enable the closed caption viewing option.
